How Does it Work?!

Simply set the Dyna-Flex Pro wheel in motion with the cord provided. Then turn your hand over so that the exposed part of the ball is now facing the ground and begin turning your wrist as if you were slowly stirring a large pot with a big wooden spoon. Once you've found the right motion, you'll both hear and feel the rotor starting to increase its speed. It will amaze you!

The pressure will slowly build as the gyroscopic forces (inertia) begin acting on your arm and wrist and try to prevent you increasing the speed. Respond by reducing the diameter of your turning circles (3-4 inches) - the shorter the circle the wrist goes through in an effort to spin the ball, the faster you will drive the center rotor, but the harder it will be to do. You could be the fittest of athletes but you are still going to burn for the first few occasions you use Dyna-Flex Pro! It exercises your muscles isometrically and therefore you are going to be using muscles that you won't have used before with free weights.
