Return Policy & Procedures


We try to make returns easy. First, some general rules:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date on receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. Customer must pay return shipping charge.

3. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the item must still be new and in the original packaging, with original package condition. In other words, unless otherwise noted below, if we cannot sell the product in the condition it is returned, then only 50% of the purchase price is refunded. However, all orders of $300 or more are charged a 15% restocking fee.

4. In all cases, a refund can be provided only to the original purchaser and in the method used for original payment (e.g. credit card, check, PayPal, etc).

5. Some items cannot be returned, see product description. DVDs and Videos cannot be returned once opened, due to copyright laws.

6. Custom printed items and special orders are not refundable.

7. For international orders, the customer must pay all shipping charges to return an item to us and/or to reship an item to the customer, without exception.

8. All orders of $300 or more are charged a 15% restocking fee.



There are several reasons why you may want to return an item.

You shipped me the wrong item!

The item is not what I thought it would be.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of the item.

My item is damaged or doesn't work!

Recipient didn't like the gift.

Item arrived too late for the event and is no longer needed.

I ordered too many!

You shipped me the wrong item!

We apologize for shipping the wrong item! We strive for zero errors, but sometimes we're a little spaced out from drinking too much coffee (but not often!).

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write "wrong item shipped" on the invoice and circle the incorrect item. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the shipping charge to return the item and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

The item is not what I thought it would be

When shopping online, it is sometimes difficult to see exactly what you're buying and we understand that. We try to have detailed pictures and descriptions available for our products. We even sometimes find that customers place an order without reading those descriptions... :-)

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. If it was necessary to open the packaging to inspect the item, that's okay, but item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write "item not as expected" on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. If the item or packaging is in a condition where we cannot sell it, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

I'm not satisfied with the quality of the item

We strive to have the highest quality items available in our store, but also recognize that quality is a subjective thing. If the item does not meet your standard for quality, we're very happy to provide a refund.

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. If it was necessary to open the packaging to inspect the item, that's okay, but item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write "not satisfied with quality" on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. If the item or packaging is in a condition where we cannot sell it, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

My item is damaged or doesn't work!

If your package arrives damaged, or items in the package are broken even when there is no external package damage, please keep all package materials including the external box. Call us immediately at 877-445-8533 and we will file a damage claim on your behalf. The shipping company may want to inspect the packaging. We'll also immediately ship a new item to you at no additional cost.

If your item arrives in non-working order, there may be a warranty that covers it. In particular, the message clocks and Levitron products are covered by the manufacturers of those products.

For problems with the Fantazein Classic or Fantazein X4 message clocks, please call the manufacturer at 408-229-8000 or send a message to customer-svc@fantazein.com. They will be glad to replace defective clocks or answer operational questions. Do not return the clock to us.

For problems with the XP3 message clock or Levitron products, please call the manufacturer at 206-870-3002. They will be glad to replace defective products or answer operational questions. Do not return the item to us.

For all other products, please call us at 877-445-8533.



Recipient didn't like the gift

It happens. We're happy to provide a refund to the person who purchased the item.

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. If it was necessary to open the packaging to inspect the item, that's okay, but item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write "recipient didn't like the gift" on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. If the item or packaging is in a condition where we cannot sell it, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

Item arrived too late

You might consider keeping the item(s) for a future event since it may be less costly than returning it. However, we're happy to take the item back and provide a refund.

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Packaging must be in original condition and not opened! Item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write "arrived too late for event" on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. If the item or packaging is in a condition where we cannot sell it, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

I ordered too many!

It's good that you were optimistic :-) We're happy to take the extra items back and provide a refund unless the product description indicates otherwise. For example, we're unable to provide a refund for excess Skyliner Fundraiser units.

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Packaging must be in original condition and not opened! Item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write "ordered too many" on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. If the item or packaging is in a condition where we cannot sell it, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

I've used the item but want to return it

You may want to return an item because you can't figure out how to work it, etc. Please give us a call first and we can help with operating instructions. Most of our items are pretty easy to use once you know how. If you'd like to return it anyway...

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If item is returned with its original packaging and the item shows NO signs of use or wear, we will provide a full refund, minus shipping. However, if the packaging is damaged or the item shows signs of use or wear, we can provide only a 50% refund of the purchase price, minus shipping.

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write either "just want to return - unused" or "just want to return - used" on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the appropriate amount as explained above.

Any other reason

We're glad to provide a refund for just about any reason, subject to the following conditions.

Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. If item is returned with its original packaging and the item shows NO signs of use or wear, we will provide a full refund, minus shipping. However, if the packaging is damaged or the item shows signs of use or wear, we can provide only a 50% refund of the purchase price, minus shipping.

Please return the item(s) to us with a copy of the customer invoice. Write the reason you're returning the item on the invoice. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the appropriate amount as explained above.
