Terms for ALL International Shipments
We appreciate the opportunity to serve our international customers. However, international postal systems are extremely unreliable for delivery. As an international customer, you agree that our obligation is to package and deliver your order to our local U.S. postal service. We have no control over what happens after that and cannot be held responsible for the failure of the U.S. postal service or the postal service in your country to deliver the package.
Your government may levy a tax or import duty on your order. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and we do not collect or pay such fees. Contact your appropriate government agency for additional information before placing your order.
You must pay all shipping charges to return an item to us and/or to reship an item to you, without exception.
The act of placing an order for international delivery means that you have read and agree to all terms on this page.
Countries in Good Standing
If your country is in the list below, then shop as usual at our store and pay
with a credit card or PayPal at checkout. However, your bill-to address must
be the same as the ship-to address. We reserve the right to modify this list when
our shipping experience requires it. If your country is not in this list, continue
reading below.
Other Countries
Experience has shown there are problems with shipping to certain countries.
These problems might include:
1. a high rate of credit card fraud.
2. a high rate of packages not arriving due to postal theft.
3. a high rate of items arriving broken or damaged.
If your country is not in the list above, then we've had problems shipping to
your country in the past. However, we'll be glad to ship to your country if you
agree to the following terms:
1. Payment must be made via Western Union.
2. You accept all responsibility for the package after we deliver it
to our local post office.
