Shipping Options

We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). International shipping is via the postal service only. Shipping via FedEx can also be arranged if you call us with your order.

You can see the available shipping methods and their cost before making a purchase. Simply place the item(s) in your shopping basket and then click the link in the shopping basket that says "What is the shipping cost?"

The delivery time to expect for each shipping method is displayed on the shipping page during checkout. A few things to note: Priority Mail averages 2-3 days delivery to most locations. Express Mail is next-day delivery for major cities and 2nd day for other locations.

The shipping times are calculated from the day we ship your order, not the day that you place your order!

1. We ship Monday through Friday.
2. The post office delivers Monday through Saturday.
3. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available only for packages shipped on Friday, overnight, and requires an additional 15.00 charge.

We normally ship in-stock items within 24 hours and usually the same day if you place your order before 2pm Eastern Time. However, orders placed late in the day almost always ship on the following day. Please consider this when requesting overnight delivery.

We can also arrange other shipping methods upon request. For example, if you are a company with your own UPS or FedEx account, we can ship against your number. Just call us at 877-445-8533 for any special arrangements.

All international orders are shipped via International Express Mail or International Priority Mail. You are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes that may be levied by your government on the items shipped.

On occasion, we may change the selected shipping method to an alternate method if it makes more sense (e.g. the package will arrive sooner) and there will be no additional charge for this service. This decision is at our discretion.

Note that an order can be sent to only one destination address. If you need to send gifts to more than one destination, please make a separate purchase and checkout for each destination.

The "from" address on all orders shipped is "Bitwise Gifts LLC."

Free Shipping Offer

We offer FREE shipping via UPS Ground for any order over $100. During checkout, select UPS Ground to receive free shipping. You may select a faster shipping method, but you must pay the cost.

LIMITATIONS

FREE shipping applies only to orders that are delivered to a single address in the lower 48 United States. It does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

FREE shipping DOES NOT apply to international orders.

FREE shipping applies to items bought at the price displayed in our store. The offer DOES NOT apply to orders where we have applied an additional discount for a quantity purchase, etc. In those cases, shipping will be charged according to the actual shipping cost.

FREE shipping does not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the qualifying purchase to less than $100. For example, if your order is $150 and you return $100 of products, the actual shipping cost of the entire order will be deducted from your refund.
