1. WILL YOU MATCH THE PRICE OF ANOTHER ONLINE STORE?
Yes, with the following conditions. You must provide us with the web address of the
other store and that store must have the item in stock. The item must be identical
to ours in every way. We do not match prices for items sold on auction sites.
Price matching disqualifies your order for free shipping (orders over $100)
since the free shipping offer states that it "applies to items bought at the price
displayed in our store."
2. CAN I GET IT FAST?
Yes! We offer overnight delivery via USPS Express Mail and UPS Next Day Air at
additional cost. While Express Mail is usually less expensive than UPS, note that it
is next-day delivery for major cities and suburbs, and 2nd day for other locations.
You MUST place your order by 2pm, Monday through Friday, for it to be shipped by us
the same day. We also offer Priority Mail, for less cost, and it averages
2 to 3 days delivery to most locations.
3. I DON'T TRUST ONLINE STORES WITH MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, WHAT CAN I DO?
We understand your concerns... However, we have taken every precaution to protect your
personal information, just as we would our own. When going through the checkout process,
your browser will display a lock or key symbol at the bottom of the window. This assures
you that the information you enter is being sent over the internet in a protected manner
(encrypted) so that no one can see it. Second, your credit card information is NOT
stored on our computer. Because of these security measures, online shopping is as safe
as using your credit card in a store or restaurant, and much more convenient!
If you still prefer to not order online, you may call us at 877-445-8533 to place your
entire order by phone. Or, you may mail your order to us with a check or money order.
To use a check or money order, just shop online and proceed through "Checkout". At the
final screen where you see the "Submit Order" button, don't press the button, but rather
print that page and send it to us with your check or money order. The page will contain
all the details of your order.
4. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL online. Checks and
money orders (U.S. banks) are accepted if you are mailing in your order. Just place your
order online as if you're paying by credit card, but don't press the final "Submit
Order" button. Rather, print that page and send it with your check or money order. The
page will contain all the details of your order.
5. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries via the U.S. Postal Service.
6. DO YOU SHIP TO GUAM, VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO, ETC?
Yes, these are U.S. possessions and normal domestic postage rates apply.
7. DO YOU SHIP VIA UPS, FEDEX, ETC?
Yes, we ship via United State Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and
Federal Express (FedEx). However, only USPS and UPS methods may be selected online. For
FedEx shipments, just give us a call with your order.
8. I RECEIVED SPAM FROM YOU! WHY?
We never send spam! Just as it is easy to put any return address you want to on a
postcard or letter sent as regular mail, spammers can do the same thing with e-mail.
Afterall, if they used their own real return address, it would be easy to track them
down and put them out of business! We see spam all the time that is using our
return address and it drives us crazy! If you're still concerned, please give us a
call and we'll be glad to discuss it with you.
The only e-mail you'll normally receive from us is an order confirmation when you
place your order, a status update when we ship your order, and our newsletter if
you've asked to receive it.
