Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or items in the package are broken even when there is
no external package damage, please keep all package materials including the external
box. Call us immediately at 877-445-8533 and we will file a damage claim on your
behalf. The shipping company may want to inspect the packaging. We'll also immediately
ship a new item to you at no additional cost.
If your item arrives in non-working order, there may be a warranty that covers it.
In particular, the message clocks and Levitron products are covered by the manufacturers
of those products.
For problems with the Fantazein Classic or Fantazein X4 message clocks, please call
the manufacturer at 408-229-8000 or send a message to customer-svc@fantazein.com. They
will be glad to replace defective clocks or answer operational questions. Do not return
the clock to us.
For problems with the XP3 message clock or Levitron products, please call the
manufacturer at 206-870-3002. They will be glad to replace defective products or answer
operational questions. Do not return the item to us.
For all other products, see the warranty information shipped with the item, or
call us at 877-445-8533.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for international orders.
That is, the cost to return an item to us and the cost to reship to the customer must
be paid by the customer.
