Our Guarantee
Every gift item comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after
initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition
in original carton within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price, minus

Errors and Omissions
We make a sincere effort to keep our web site accurate and current. Typographical
errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to correct or cancel (at the
customer's choice) any orders based upon incorrect or erroneous information.
International Orders
We appreciate the opportunity to serve our international customers. However,
international postal systems are extremely unreliable for delivery. As an international
customer, you agree that our obligation is to package and deliver your order to our
local U.S. postal service. We have no control over what happens after that and cannot
be held responsible for the failure of the U.S. postal service or the postal service
in your country to deliver the package.
Special Orders
Orders for items that we do not normally carry and orders that involve quantities
that we do not normally stock, are considered "special orders". As such, full
payment is required in advance and the order cannot be canceled or refunded
after payment is made.
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason, and to return
the full purchase price to the customer. This may typically be done, for example, were
we suspect the use of a stolen credit card, but may occur for other reasons where it
is not appropriate for us to accept and fill the order.
