REGISTER OF OFFICERS 1914 - 1931
This is a record of the officers of Glencoe Baptist Church. It appears near the beginning of the record book on printed-form pages. Although the first business minutes in the book are dated September 30, 1918, the register of officers shows that John R. ALLEN was a deacon in 1914. The records are handwritten and difficult to read at times. I have generally tried to be accurate in regards to the original spelling and grammer. The original records are located at Glencoe Baptist Church. Appreciation is extended to Glencoe Baptist Church for granting permission to use this document.
In some cases, the marriage of a woman is shown by writing her married name next to her entry. I have tried to emphasize such cases by underlining the married name. The maiden name may or may not be
crossed out.
