MINUTES OF BUSINESS MEETINGS1921

May 22, 1921
Moved and carried by the church and ordered that we grant Sister Nellie Allen her letter to unite with the Hoco Memorial Church.

June 6, 1921
The board of Decons met on Monday evening June 6, 1921 at Bro. J. R. Allens. After reading the Scripture, Mat 9, 15, and led in prayer by Bro. G. T. Faucettte, the business was carried.
Meeting was called in order to begin our revival meetings. It was voted by the board of decons moved and carried we have our meetings beginning second Sunday in July. Revival meetings begin at Glencoe Baptist Church.

Glencoe Baptist Church met in con- for the purpose of Granting Bro R. G. Faucette and wife & Jessie and Chas a letter to unite with Haw River Baptist church it was moved and carried that we grant the same.

After preaching by the pastor from the 5" Chapt of Matt. the church was called to order in conference the following Business was Transacted. The church voted to have a business once a month and that we have this meeting on Thursday night before the Second Sunday in each month. Moved and carried that we appoint a commity to buy a new stove. Moved and carried that the commity be the following - Bros Will Marshall, G. L. Murray, Geo Phillips. Moved and carried that we give the Sexton the power to get what coal he will need the coming winter. Moved and carried that we have the Treasure to order what envelopes we will need for the years 1921 & 1922. Moved and carried that we write to the Orphanage and see wheather we can get Mrs J. E. Story's children in the orphanage at her request. No further business. Meeting closed by prayer by the pastor.

Church met in monthly Business Meeting. Bro G. L. Murray acting as Mod-. Moved and ordered that we have Sunday School before going to the Sunday School Convention at 9 oclock. No futher business. Moved we adjourne.
Sept 25, 1921
Church met in annual conference with Bro. G. L. Murray in the chair as moderator. Meeting opened with Hymn #108 and reading 13" chapter of first Corinthians by Bro Wilson R. A. and prayer by Bro J. R. Allen.
The following business was transacted.
Election of Officers.
Board of decons - moved and second that we elect the former board of 1920 & 21 and so ordered.
Board of Trustees - moved and second that we elect the following Board - G. L. Fonville, G. L. Murray, J. J. Murray, R. A. Wilson and R. A. Wilson as chairman. and so order by church.
Church Clerk - moved and second that we elect Sister Geo Murray as clerk and so order.
asst - moved and second that elect Bro C. F. Phillips and so ordered.
S. S. Supt - moved and second that we elect Bro G. T. Faucette. It was so ordered.
asst Supt - moved and second that we elect Bro G. M. Phillips and so ordered.
Treasuary - moved and second and ordered that we elect Bro W. O. Murray.
75 Million Treas - moved and second that we elect Bro G. M. Phillips and so ordered.
Finance Officers - moved and second that we elect Bro. R. A. Wilson and so ordered.
Messengers to association - as following, G. L. Murray, Geo Faucette, John Cook, Thomas McKinney.
Alter - C. F. Phillips, Sister A. B. Hall.
Letter to association was read and approved. No more business. Moved and carried that we close by prayer by Bro Geo T. Faucette.
